This morning the senior pupils were delighted to welcome Helena, Susan and Cassie the dog to our school. At Christmas time we were Carol singing in Wilton and we raised €550. We were learning about the wonderful work done by animal rescue centres and this year we decided to donate our takings to a charity called ‘Rehoming Cork Pets’.
This charity does wonderful work all over Cork county rehoming many animals. It was great to meet Cassie this morning and she loved meeting our wonderful boys. We were delighted to present Helena and Susan with the cheque.
