The sun was shining on Friday morning as 5th class got up bright and early to cross the county bounds to Kerry.
First up was a visit to the Kerry museum where we toured a medieval town and engaged in an archeological dig and bone investigation. We also got to look at the brand new Traveller Heritage exhibition
Upon leaving the museum we had our lunch at the park and couldn’t resist a quick detour to the playground!
Next up was the Aquadome and the boys splashed and played on the slides and in the pools for an hour and a half.
Finally it was time to head back to Cork. We did have time for one last stop off to McDonalds in Killarney before we arrived back in Togher!
