The Sciath na Scol football team recently completed the group stage of the competition and have now qualified for the semi finals. They played excellent games against Bandon, Blarney Street, Chríost Rí and Farranee. 40 players in 5th and 6th class have been training regularly after school with Mr Collins, Mr O’Shea and Mr Byrne and this is a testament to their hard work and commitment! We also played a recent challenge match against Glasheen where we were able to field two full teams! These numbers really show the interest of the boys in keeping fit and healthy and being part of a team. They are a credit to the school and great role models for younger classes
