What a fantastic way to finish up our first half term in Junior Infants! The boys have had a super start in school and have worked so hard! We decided to take a break from the books today to celebrate Halloween! The boys were unrecognisable in their costumes and we had fabulous array of characters – from wizards to ninjas, spiders to skeletons, a few superheroes and a lion to add to the mix!
The boys showed off their costumes to some of the older classes and enjoyed a Halloween party with some games and a disco which everyone really enjoyed!
The boys have enjoyed listening to lots of lovely stories since starting in Togher Boys and as a reward for their excellent work each boy received a new Elmer book to bring home and read with their families! The boys were all delighted with their new books and took some time to peruse the pages!
