After weeks of learning about The Battle of Kinsale and the Flight of the Earls, 5th class went down to Kinsale to visit the town and Charles Fort. We received a fantastic tour before exploring the former British Army defence base. Later we travelled into the town of Kinsale to explore and of course visit the fantastic playground in the middle of town.
