The boys in Coiscéim had a busy start to the year. We made apple tart using apples from our school garden. We picked and washed the apples, then followed instructions and worked together to create a scrumptious treat ! Our budding chefs then decorated it and baked it in the oven . We enjoyed it fresh out of the oven with some ice-cream. A great start to the school year.
