Budding friendships between 5th Class and Infants

5th Class and Junior Infants have been spending some time together, inside and outside the classroom. After skipping fever recently hit the school during the Skip Around the World challenge, the senior boys spent time out in the yard teaching the junior infants the skills needed to skip successfully.

We have also linked up within the classroom with shared reading being the current focus. Boys in both classes have taken turns reading to each other and everyone is benefitting so much from the strong connections forged between both classes.
