On Friday 8th February Ms.Moynihan’s class visited the Glucksman Gallery in UCC. It was a great experience to work with an artist in such magnificent surroundings. We worked to produce artworks that explore ways we can address concerns for our city in the future. This tied in very well with all the work which we have been researching on global warming.
We produced great pieces of artwork and these will be on display to the public during St. Patrick’s weekend. We then had a tour of the UCC Campus which we found very interesting. We admired the Honan Chapel and the Great Stone Corridor. It was a very worthwhile and interesting day.
Maybe one day some of us will be studying in UCC.
