Kids Inc After School Programme

Kids Inc After School provides childcare in Togher Boys’ NS with collections from Togher Girls’ NS from Monday to Friday, School term-time with options for full afternoon care until 6.30pm and a sibling club.

We provide a range of daily activities including Sports, such as tennis, football and basketball; Games, such as Monopoly, Chess, Tug of War, Hop-skotch, Lego, Soldiers and Arts & Crafts! We also provide homework supervision, Little Dinners healthy meals & snacks.

There are a number of After School Care options for parents including:

• Sibling/ Infant Hour Club

  Parents can avail of our hour programme which is for children in junior and senior infants, this also accommodates parents with children in older classes with one pick up time.

• After school club

  Our afterschool and sports programmes takes place when classes finish and continues up to 6.30pm 

  Your child can unwind in a relaxed, safe and fun, home from home environment which is part of the school community. Our after school and sports programme plays an important role in the social and emotional development of children and is not intended to be an extension of the school day. Our programmes are child led and we have a wide range of creative and physical activities that children can tap into throughout the afternoon. Our team of specialised staff and sports coaches who are Garda vetted provide a best practice activity programme ensuring that each child’s age and abilities and interests are taken into consideration. We offer homework supervision which is a big plus for parents and children as it allows for a more relaxed end to the day for all. We provide healthy nutritious meals and snacks devised to follow the Department of Health’s Food and Nutritional Guidelines.

• Homework Club

  Our staff will supervise and support the children in completing their homework Monday to Thursday.

  Children will have an opportunity to complete their homework under the supervision and guidance of our staff, however, we do ask that parents check their child’s homework and reading at home as they may not have time to complete it all.
