On Wednesday, 4th class went to a Gaelic Football blitz. The matches were in Nemo Rangers but they were not ordinary Gaelic Football matches. No, in this Gaelic Football tournament, we had to kick the ball out of our hands into a net. If you kicked the ball into the net you got 3 points but if you handpassed the ball into the net you got 1 point. We played against Beaumount, St. Anthony’s and St Marys. When we were playing, we won one match drew one match and lastly we lost the last one. The goals were like upside down basketball hoops, it was realy hard to score into it but we tried our best. We had a great few weeks training every day for this tournament.
