There was huge excitement today when the boys paid a very special visit to Cork Airport. Kate from Togher Garda station very kindly drove the boys to the airport on the Community Bus. We were welcomed to the airport by Brian Culloty and the team. The boys got an opportunity to get the full airport experience, from going through security, visiting the new sensory room, boarding a flight, sitting in the pilot’s seat and even going on a fire engine along the runway. This is definitely a day the boys will remember. A special thanks to everyone who made the day so memorable.
