Last Thursday, 9th June, 3rd and 4th class headed off on a bus to Cobh for their school tour. From there the boys got a ferry across to Spike island. Here they got a guided tour of the island, fortress, prison and military emplacement. The boys also enjoyed an orienteering adventure/treasure hunt. On returning across Cobh harbour, the boys got a chance to to take a break on the promenade. Shortly after they embarked on their next adventure at the Titanic Experience. This involved another guided tour where the boys got to experience what it was like to be a passenger on the Titanic. It was clear that the boys thoroughly enjoyed their day out and it was great to see how happy they were. Here are a few pictures of the trip.
