Boys in Mr Collins’ 3rd class and Miss Bowden’s Suaimhneas class recently participated in the Build a Model Boat competition which was ran as part of the Cork Harbiur Festival. After learning so much about buoyancy and waterproof materials in class, the boys used their new-found knowledge to design and construct some fantastic boats. It was a brilliant opportunity to show off our creations down at the Lough and the boys all represented the school so well. A huge congratulations to all of the boys who took part.
