The boys in both Suaimhneas and Coisceim are very lucky to be taking part in a 5 week cycling course with Wild Atlantic Cycles. We learned everything from using our balance to using our brakes for safety. Ruth was fantastic in encouraging the boys to use both feet for balancing and they even had time for a Follow the Leader Game. Watch out Tour de France, here we come.
