As part of our Active Fortnight and as keen believers in community links and sportsmanship, all 6th class boys took part in a great day out on Monday in the Barrs. The school took on other schools from the local area in a friendly soccer blitz. It is the third year running that the local schools have organised this blitz in June and it is a great opportunity for all boys to get out playing sport in a friendly environment. The lads really enjoyed their day and luckily the weather just about held up on the day.
