At the invitation of Fr.Ben sixth class were asked to undertake projects on the Christmas story.Ms.Moynihan’s class researched the shepherds who visited Baby Jesus in the manger and Mr.Murphy’s class reasearched the Three Wise Men.
The boys worked in their pods researching and illustrating.We found the projects very interesting as did our teachers.We gathered information and were delighted to learn many new and interesting facts.
Last week we presented our projects to Fr.Ben in the church where they are now on display. Some of our work will also be on display in the Chapel of Rest in Cork University Hospital where we hope the patients will enjoy reading our work .
We thank Fr.Ben for working with us on our journey towards our Confirmation.
