Our walk to the Lough

On Tuesday our teacher Mr Collins took our class for a walk. Mr Ryan’s fourth class also came on the trip. We set off at half past 9 because it would take around 35 minutes to get there. Our teacher said “ I’ll pick pairs of 2 and you walk with your partner”. I was chosen to walk with my best friend Darragh Kennedy. After about an half an hour we were there . I sat down under a tree and took out my lunch. After our lunch we did relay races and also a long running race. At this point I was exhausted and I felt like my legs were going to fall off. About 2 minutes later we set up a game of soccer. In an unfortunate turn of events my ball ended up in the lake. Luckly Mr Collins had another ball. We carried on playing for 10 more minutes. After 10 minutes passed we packed up our bags and set off back to school. 40 minutes later we were back. We had to put our bags on the yard floor and played soccer. When the bell rang we went inside, did a bit of work and eventually it was home time and we went home. And that is my story on our walk to the Lough.
